"Good value hotel. Great location. Bicky was a big help with arranging anything we required. Only complaint: when we returned from a tour we were moved to a nearby sister hotel (Hotel Elegant) without consulting us. The Elegant is much lower quality, very loud and without a view. "

"Staff incredibly helpful however the property requires a complete refurbishment as the rug in bedroom is dirty, TV did not work constantly albeit outside of the power cuts. Toilet flushing had issues. "
