I do think that as this property is often a haven for people arriving from the Port Hardy ferry (in our case, 2:00 am) and receive a great deal of business from these particular guests, that they could offer a later checkout, say 12:00 pm. "Got a cheap rate last minute and the room was more than worth the price. The check in was a little complicated as it was at the pub next door but what can you expect for a tiny little town. While it was nothing fancy, the location was great with access to several food options, the room was clean, and when all you're looking for is a hot shower and good sleep after a week in the bush, it was perfect."
