"My friends and I booked a one night stay at The Colony Hotel and were very excited, as we live in Miami and this was our first time staying in Palm Beach. Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by a group staying in the room next to ours. They were making loud noises, yelling, and slamming things throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We eventually had to contact the front desk, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called to escort them...

"The front desk service was excellent with fast checkin. However, the beds are not comfortable at all and the rooms do not get very cool. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival."

"Ok, I’m a boomer, I had difficulty with the smart keypad. Room appeared clean but floor was dirty, which I discovered when I walked in bare feet. Shower had cold water in the morning. Management was defensive when I explained my experience."
