However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. Member of staff on duty Patricia looked after me amazingly, coffee, helped me find cable etc....above and beyond, excellent service, thank you Patricia for turning a bad day into a better one !"

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"We stayed in a large room with a sea view, it didn’t disappoint! The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome, and also gave a great brunch recommendation. We had cocktails in the hotel bar which were really good and the bar staff are more than happy to make any cocktail of your choice if you don’t fancy what’s on the current menu. "Really sweet, clean and bright little apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. "

"The room was perfect - really clean, huge double bed and bathroom with a bath - such a rarity these days to find hotels with a bath. It was very comfortable. The staff were lovely and the whole process of booking, checking in and out was great. I was a bit worried when I was told that the car park was first-come, first-served as there are limited spaces but actually it was fine and the free parking was a blessing.
