"A fabulous stay for me and my 4 year old, close proximity to the centre by walk or tram, she loved having a pool in the hotel aswel, staff where very helpful and attentive. I also left a toy there for which they assisted me in getting back to my daughter as i only realised when i got home and live 3 hours drive away, would stay here again."

"The ambiance of the hotel is excellent. The location could not be bettered. Breakfast is very good. The lake view is great but a 50% chance of getting it from the room. The room was immaculate. Others in our party found the hotel perfect, but I would only go close, because the bed didn't quite suit me. The staff are extremely personable. I'd go back in a heartbeat."

"Rooms are small. Beds are uncomfortable. Housekeeping leaves towels and bedsheets blocking the walkways. Staff went way overboard leaving stacks and stacks of towels at my door every day that I never requested."

"Location and facilities were excellent. This was our second visit to the property. There are areas which are tired and a little shabby, there are also areas that could be cleaner. Overall, these minor things wouldn’t deter us from re-visiting in future."
