"First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor."

"Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. "Nos hicieron varios cobros por estacionamiento 100 dólares y 60 que no recuerdo porque, todavía es hora que no lo reembolsan, aparte pagué por desayuno y cuando hicimos check in la señorita que estaba no nos dio unos boletos para poder ir a desayunar y nos cobraron en el restaurante, hicimos el reclamo con la señorita del mostrador y según nos iban a reembolsar lo que se pagó en el restaurante pero aún no lo hacen, aparte me cobraron el restante de lo que nos excedimos del desayuno Muy bonito...

"We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is worn down and in need of repairs and upgrades. The gym facilities were very basic, weights missing, no floor mats and the floor was very dirty, the aircon also didn't work so the gym was very hot. Coffee available outside of breakfast hours was not replenished regularly, had to ask multiple times for coffee. They closed breakfast early on Sunday even though the sign says until 10am. Check in staff scoffed at my request to be located away from lifts and ice...
