There were a couple of stains on carpet and I think there should have been more milk and kitchen accessories available eg bottle opener and spoons to stir hot drinks!"

"Asked for a ground floor( due to bad knees) when we booked several months ago and didn’t get one. the breakfast which we paid for was non existent, ran out of coffee and didn’t refill even whe. Asked. Several,people complained."
