The Granary experience.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Rooms very clean. Pillows too soft even with two. Could do with a mat in bath so dont slip getting out when having a shower. Fresh cooked breakfast ie scrambled eggs or omlettes were not cooked in the middle so werent edible. Slow service also. Buffet was nice though.

So nearly amazing

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast is amazing and the staff are great. However I would not describe the executive ‘suite’ we stayed in as a suite. It was a large hotel room with a dining table. Which was really disappointing. The air conditioning was stuck on 25°C which was boiling and couldn’t be lowered.

We received a room which was not displayed on Expedia website. Pillows were uncomfortable. Furthermore cleaning of rooms only occurred at 4pm when we already got back to the hotel from a day out, therefore we did not engage with the cleaning services. Good location and easy check in check out process. Room was otherwise in decent condition, although amenities were lacking.

Needs a huge renovation

This hotel is very tired and needs considerable renovation. The carpets and the window blinds are filthy. On a good day, it might be a 2-star hotel, nowhere near the 5-star it's announcing

3 stars is not a bad review it means it’s average. It needs some serious updates to carpet and furniture and the air conditioners are terrible - plus the thermostats do not work. The front desk staff is great. Shout out Dominika she was fantastic!
