"We had a lovely stay at the holiday Inn, we managed to check in early on arrival, the receptionist was lovely and helpful! Was a super bonus that the kids ate for free at breakfast and dinner (when buying an adult meal). The children made the most out of the pool, the only thing I would say is if you are planning to use the pool on a Sunday, be aware water babies take over half of it from 8-12ish which means the changing rooms become very busy and they sit on all the lounges provided! Drinks and food was resonable prices. Room was big enough for a family of 4."

"I paid extra to book a Harbour View room but the room overlooked the ground floor dining area with air conditioning on its roof. The carpets and upholstery are worn out in places. We came back at the end of the day to find that the room had not been cleaned and then were told that we should should hang a sign to have the room serviced, which wasn’t told at check-in. "

"We recently stayed for 2 nights Friday-Sunday as we were attending a family wedding on Saturday. Checked in to the hotel at 8.50 and had a dinner reservation at 9. Upon going to our room at about 11 we noticed a letter from the hotel on the bed. Apparently their new policy is not to service the room for stays of more than one night unless they are asked. However you have to let them know by 10 the night before. As we were an hour late I telephoned reception but there was no answer. The following morning before breakfast we went to reception to ask for our room to be serviced sometime that day. We explained that we would be out from midday to midnight. The receptionist advised us that our room would be serviced later in the afternoon that day. Upon returning to our room "
