"Very nicely built wooden chalet. The mattress is of 5 star hotel standard. Good farm view from the balcony. There may be noise from the railway but the balcony glass door is well sound proofed. Owner of the hotel was very nice indeed. Highly recommend Artisan to anyone."

"We had a great stay at the B&B! The hostess and her family live on site - the first floor and guests are upstairs. It's a grand spacious house in the middle of a field. Quiet with nature around it. "和風villa旅店，很推薦，房間裡面寬敞，一入住下午2-4點有下午茶，很精緻，房間有超大的按摩浴缸，兩個人在裡面也不擁擠，智慧馬桶，房間望出去也有渡假景觀，讓人在住宿上非常放鬆，一點也不想看電視度過，泡完澡再來躺床上敷臉休息，很享受，下回來礁溪，還會選擇，沒有在溫泉路上，很安靜，外面還有戶外涼亭建議三五好友來，還可以泡茶聊天，很愜意"

"房間位在４樓（唯一一間），我們入住時已經很晚，管家很貼心已經幫我們開好冷氣。房內通往後陽台可以近距離看到蘭陽博物館，房外的公共大陽台則是面向馬路口，可以眺望龜山島，陽台種有花草備有桌椅，可以坐在這休憩看風景。房間很乾淨舒適，還有小桌子和椅墊可以泡茶喝咖啡，另外還準備了牛舌餅、木製牙刷和梳子，很讓人驚喜；浴室乾溼分離，房內還有智慧音箱，可以請它撥放喜歡的音樂; 早餐是麥當勞兌換券, 可惜麥當勞有一小段距離...但房子距離要搭船(去龜山島)的地點非常的近。整體而言，從進門就可以感受到藝術家的氣息，且房子打理得非常乾淨舒適，讓人感到賓至如歸 :)"
