"Although there was an issue with my booking on arrival (I had a confirmation but it hadn’t been received by the hotel), they were great about it and didn’t hesitate to get me a room organised. I was a late arrival and the kitchen had closed but again the team sorted me something to eat. The room was great and breakfast was fabulous. Highly recommended!"

"5/5 stars – absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were super nice and very spacious, which made a big difference traveling with kids. They loved the room, especially the huge projector TV! Everything was cleaned daily and kept in perfect condition. The location couldn’t be better — right on the high street and super central to everything. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent for the price I paid. Rooms have recently been renovated and it showed. The only niggles were that the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and probably needs replacing (room 10) and there was no hot water: I tried to have a shower but couldn't: No matter how long you ran the tap for or in which position the water never got warm. Would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Jamie who so very kindly let me check in early."

"I paid through Expedia. However, Expedia said that they did not receive the payment, and the hotel also asked me to pay for the accommodation. I paid twice. I am very dissatisfied."
