"Der Speiseraum für Abendessen und Frühstück war personell unterbesetzt. Die Zeitungen mehr als ein halbes Jahr alt und das Obst vermutlich gleich alt. Im Hotelzimmer fehlte die Garderobenstange, dem Fenster der Schallschutz für eine stark befahrene Straße und die Vorhänge waren zu knapp bemessen, dass man das Zimmer nicht dunkel bekam. "
