"The staff were excellent, on our first night the TVs were not working properly and one member of staff came to our room and spent half an hour resetting the channels and even went and found extra remote controls as there was only 1 in the room for 3 TVs, this despite the fact he was actually heading home when I went to the front desk and asked for assistance. The location was awesome and so close to everything! We thoroughly enjoyed the relax time by the infinity pool with an incredible view of the marina. "Great stay. Good location and staff very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the aircon not switching off, but it was resolved as soon as we asked. Continental breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Only downside was the noise from the bar (we were on floor 3), didn’t bother us too much but was noticeable and went on quite late, so could bother others."
