"Breakfast was excellent. It was a great deal included with the stay which included a good selection of cold continental buffet. You were also able to select one hot breakfast from their menu too. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean however noticed some parts were aging (rust in bathroom) and sometimes dusty in the room. No fault of the hotel but after using the taps or toilet there would be a lingering “sewer” smell. Overall I would still recommend as the hotel...

"Tolle Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Es gab neben einem Föhn sogar ein Glätteisen am Zimmer. Einen Steamer für Kleidung und noch vieles mehr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war genial. Für jeden was dabei inkl. frischer warme Gerichte die man jeden Tag bestellen konnte. Der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Indoorpool auch perfekt nach einem langen Spaziergang. Den Außenpool konnten wir nicht probieren da das Wetter noch zu...

"Kein Blick auf Strand. Balkonmöbel verdreckt,ebenso der kleine Tisch im Zimmer. Sauna machte ungepflegten Eindruck. Leute sassen ohne Handtuchunterlage mit nasser Badekleidung auf den Bänken. Gebrauchte Papp-Becher (6Stk) lagen überall i d Sauna herum. Personal (besonders beim Frühstück) sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit."

"The view from our room was lovely. Even by European standards our room was quite small but storing bags was made easier by an armoire. The bath was a lovely treat after a long day of hiking but make sure you have your shampoo, conditioner, etc as they are not provided. There is a standard liquid soap provided. The restaurant was very good and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there. "

"Room small but clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, room service everyday. Facilities very good(although outdoor pool very cold, it was February and a few pieces of equipment in the gym didn't work). "We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service. "Everything is excellent. Food quality and range of food for dinner and breakfast. Amazing. Very nice stuff. Very clean. Close to all transportation routes. Easy access to Valletta by ferry. Next to the hotel there is a huge modern shopping centre. Gym is amazing. Pool/ sauna is so so but just fine. "

"The staff made this stay excellent - especially Santiago who checked us in and was happy to recommend local eateries for us upon request. The room was spacious and the spa / pool facilities were excellent. There are only few niggles that could do with improvement: the lighting within the room, the availability of room air conditioning year round and a more extensive breakfast (greater fruit availability).
