"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."
"Though the hotel isn’t new and the facilities are somewhat worn, the location could not be better — everything is nearby. A shopping complex with a Starbucks and food court is right next door. Still, the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff.
Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being completely smoke‑free. We called the front desk, and staff swiftly moved us to a new room and assisted with our luggage.

"The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds"
