Hotel Belanja di Xi'an

"I stayed 3 nights in Citadines Central Xi'an. Checked in process was smooth and Front desk especially Mr Dennis Tian and Ms Cindy helped me a lot in getting my jacket back as I left it in the restaurant in the airport when we arrived. I got it back on day 3 Through Ms Cindy's friend when I came back to the airport.Cleanliness is good, bfast is good, its a pity that we only got one bfast per day.This is need to be improved."

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."
