"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. "Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly.
