"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.

The hotel was in a great location, it was just about 10 mins outside of the city but with a grab or moped easily accessible. I recommend this place 100% for your stay in Ninh Bihn! "Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "It’s in Pho Co, the new section. It’s fun to wonder around. Our room was so beautiful, clean, modern. We love the heated floor and toilet.
The breakfast room has beautiful view. You need to order food in advance. Food is tasty.

"Nice spacious bungalow tucked away at the base of the escarpment.
Used the dip pool to cool off and whilst lying on the loungers we were treated to the sights and sounds of mountain goats and wild birds.
Breakfast is a varied assortment of soup, fried foods, sweet treats, fruits, juice and coffee.
All of the team are friendly, attentive and keen to assist with whatever you need.
Dragon mountain is walkable and Trang An biat station is a short bike ride."
