"I can't complain the staff i encountered we all friendly event security. I didn't have them clean my room during my stay. But i did ask for fresh towels and got immediately. Rooms clean views lovely easy to get taxis if not driving. If you up for it walking distance from most hot spots and food."

All the staff... every single one of them in maintenance, housekeeping, reception, bartenders, servers, culinary staff are so welcoming, amazing and so kind. You're very lucky to find such a wonderful group of people to represent the Pink Palm hotel in St Thomas🙏 I spoke with them all to thank them for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

"Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. "When I arrived the check in staff was fabulous!! Overall the property is clean and beautiful. Although, it was overall clean my bathroom floor could use a thorough cleaning. Not sure if it is the norm but the response for room service is terribly delayed. Once I reached someone on the line they did provide a quick turnaround for my request. The Westin Resort did not post any events during my stay but maybe I didn’t catch them at a good time. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Great place to stay. Was SUPER hard to find at first with Google maps. Perfect breakfast and very laid back. We had a gorgeous view and the AC worked perfect. Nice staff. THE best thing was that we were able to walk about everywhere. Perfect hotel if wanting to walk to the pop up shops/food/jewelry places"

"Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....
