"Easily accessed off the Historic Route 66, nice hotel, reasonable price. Also has restaurants and gas nearby."

"The pool was small but our 3 kids liked it. They made a comment that they liked how warm the water was. Breakfast was very good both mornings. The property in general was clean and well taken care of. What we didn’t like was how the hotel had only 1 elevator working. It wasn’t mentioned to us either when we checked in. Our room didn’t have black out curtains. Just a see through curtain that we didn’t like. It was hard our first night to sleep because our room was lit up with the outside lights....

"Excellent hôtel en territoire Navajo avec un rapport qualité/ prix intéressant. Restaurant Denny's à proximité, très bon et accessible à pied. Le seul bémol réside dans les chambres à l'étage , si vous avez des valises lourdes il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Si c'est le cas demandez une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec parking en face la chambre."

"The property is really run down. Pool was out of order. Room was outdated and run down. The gym was in total disrepair. There were broken air conditioners and other things everywhere. There was trash on the grounds. The room we had was right next to the train tracks and highway and we had difficulty sleeping. It was a place to stay but not enjoyable."

"The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!"

"After calling HJ to verify there was a pool prior to booking, found out upon arrival there wasn't. Expedia nor HJ were willing to make it right. Good thing is I don’t have to use either again."

"Comfortable room with good beds after 5 hours of driving. Waffles, cereals, fruit, sausages, beverages available to get us started on another day of travel. Price was reasonable for 2 beds, non-smoking room & breakfast @ $75."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the...
