"Almost everything was perfect. It was clean, quiet and friendly. The main problem was I had reserved a handicap room with 2 queen beds and it was not available. My son is in a wheelchair and the regular room with 2 queen beds does not give enough room between the bed and wall to access the bathroom. We ended up settling with a 1 queen bed and pull out couch. The pull out couch (of course) made sleep challenging and access to the bathroom was non-negotiable. So we made it work. If the queen beds...

"We travel to Yakima three or four times a year and always stay here. It's location is easy to get to and we've always felt safe here. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean and spacious, and they have a nice view of the Yakima River. The beds and pillows are excellent so we always get a good nights sleep here! "The room and hotel are clean and a good size. Pool and hot tub is a decent size. A downside is that you have to pay for the breakfast, but it is a good breakfast with lots of options and helpful staff. At times they do not have staff at the front desk, which makes asking for items and checking in/out difficult. There is a fenced in parking lot with a gate so your vehicle is safe overnight."

"This property meets our needs very nicely for our trips to Yakima. The location is great for us accessing west Yakima. We can count on a consistent breakfast. The rooms are fine. Parking is easy, even during busy times. The staff have always been very responsive and helpful. "

"Hotel was nice and organized but bathroom had a very bad/odd smell that I couldn’t figure out what it was from. I got in late and was leaving early so I just shut the door and dealt with it."
