"The pool, the building, the breakfast seemed very good to me, when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist had no empathy and when working directly with the client she must show kindness and empathy which I did not find in her, however the receptionist the next day was super friendly and attentive that saved the opinion a lot, the cleaning of the bedroom was good the only thing that caused me the bed was 5 pimples on my legs it is nothing serious but I recommend a disinfection on the mattresses...

Little to no plastic ware, cups for coffee, napkins or even food at 8:30 breakfast No one was on staff Yes it is on the river but also the freeway is right there too!!!"

"The hotel was great. Super clean and new pool 88 degrees and hot tub 101. Breakfast had everything you could want and was good . Our king bedroom was great."

"Room was clean. The balcony was really nice with two comfortable chairs and a table. We spent a lot of time sitting out on it. Beds were comfortable and had three pillows each. The AC was cold and felt amazing after being out in the heat. Staff were friendly and very helpful!"

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! Smelled of pot and mold and stale cigarettes. Room literally falling apart. I think it’s possible I received bedbugs?! I sat on bed to put shoes on and there was a hypodermic needle sitting on the microwave. The clerk could’ve cared less when notified. "

The air conditioning worked, a bit loud, but the room itself was very quiet. The location was fantastic—right by the mall with plenty of restaurants, including Panera. The Wi-Fi worked well.
