"While the hotel itself was fine, I would not stay here again. We arrived about 40 minutes before check in and were denied the ability to get into our room. The guy at the front desk was a real jerk about it and had absolutely no customer service skills. So we had to get ready for our event at the nearby Walmart and came back 6 hours later to check in. The gal at the front desk was pleasant enough."

"Excellent place to stay in Yakima. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good at an additional charge. I look forward to returning again next month. This will be my place to stay going forward in Yakima. Nice touch with the wine tasting opportunity too."

"Was not provided the room I booked and paid for. No response or assistance with correcting this from management or the booking agency. Staff was inattentive and unhelpful. Reasonable priced rooms. Hotel has relatively easy access to the highway. Location is a 2.5 out of 5. Overall experience was a 2.7 out of 5 stars."

"Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport."

"This is my 2nd time of staying at this hotel. I’d highly recommend this hotel. Pool is very clean. My kids had a great pool time. Breakfast is standard. I wished there would be more healthy options but most hotels serve the similar breakfast items. The neighborhood is safe and the hotel has numerous restaurants to choose in walking distance. Staffs are friends."
