Upon arrival, we were told the rooms were unavailable due to an issue and that Expedia had been informed—but this was never communicated to us. As a result, we were left to find alternative accommodation in a busy city, which was extremely stressful. To make matters worse, it took a full day to receive a response from Expedia....

"Beautiful Historical house, a truly Gem in Kadikoy. Property is beautiful inside and out. Room was beautifully decorated and clean. Felt like Home away from home.
