"If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend! "

"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "This hotel is about 36 km from fujikawaguchiko station. It is showcase as a near location to the main town but make sure you arrived early to reach to the place otherwise you will be stuck at the station. "

"Stayed here on a family holiday in 2 double rooms. Convenient location as we were driving and good value. Very helpful staff. Clean rooms with amenities available as required. Dining options are available nearby; the sushi place directly across the road is excellent! Would be happy to recommend to others who would like a slightly unusual place to stay "
