"Room was very clean, single bed however needs revamping from a cut up double bunk , struggled reaching the AC remote and only 2 cups and glasses for 3 people. Very helpful supplying us with cutlery for our meal. They are working on doing the property up. Traffic very noisy. Yes I would stay there again when needing to be at QCH."

Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the lack of a comfortable sleeping environment. Our room at the back had no block-out curtains, and the bright security lights from the neighbouring car dealership made the room very bright throughout the night. "Excellent location - easy check in and nice big apartments. There was a strong smell when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to get it to go - probably one of the cleaning products as the flat was nice and clean. Was ok and fit for purpose for what we needed"

"Parking was easy. Check-in was difficult as hours were limited and their phones didn’t work to discuss later check-in arrangements. Check out was 10:00, but was asked to return the keys by 9:30.. Room was cute and historic looking. Breakfast is lack lustre. Real eggs and butter vs “spread” would have made all the difference. Similar priced, but nicer places are nearby. Look around first. "

"Had one look at the room, and gave the key back to reception, the mattress was sagging...the bathroom had laminex flapping in the breeze....we did not stay there ..drove to toowoomba and stayed with family...as this was prepaid..I would like a refund!!!"
