"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。 押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。 掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"

"Cabin is nice and clean, comes with well and full equipped kitchen. Easy check-in with email sent by 1500hrs sharp. As it is winter during our visit, many shops and restaurants weren’t open for business. So getting food from restaurants was almost impossible. "Little away from Nagano city however, good shuttle from rail station was provided by the Hotel. Room provided was clean with great view of the mountains. Staff were helpful and professional. In-house laundry facility with washer & dryer availability was very helpful for guests. Breakfast spread was excellent with great choice of breads, fruits, all beverages, cheese, desserts etc. Lounge was very comfortable and provided beverages and snacks for all guests."
