It’s dirty and poorly mantained, the chairs and beds were covered in stains. We checked in and could even stay a few hours. Hotels.com aren’t being very helpful about a refund and the vendor has also kept our money despite all our efforts. Extremely disappointing from both the hotel and hotels.com…. We will be reconsidering using them for hotel booking in the future. "
