"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. "Mi nombre no estaba registrado en la recepción , el guardia de turno poco colaborador , hasta que llegó otro guardia del edificio y nos ayudó. Llame por teléfono a la dueña del departamento y me respondió 10 minutos después pero fueron eternos , pensé tendria que buscar otro lugar , el departamento fue pagado con un mes de antelación."

"Location is convenient with ggod views. 24 hour doorman, always very nice. The bad...communication is non existent with the owner..I sent texts by whatsapp and emailed and both were ignored. I left a couple of weeks ago and never did get a response."

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."
