"Just a very average hotel. Good value for the money. I chose this over the Shilla Stay which is right next door thinking that Shilla was carpeted and Lotte was hardwood floors. Lotte was also carpeted and very old carpet if i may add. Anyways, you get what you pay for."

We used Naver Map app and others that work excellent in Korea, but I would not recommend this hotel due to the hassle. We ended up needing to book a last minute stay 4:30pm, which was not ideal. I gave this hotel 1 star due to lack of responsiveness by the host and inaccurate website description. "
