"It’s an interstate hotel; when we went to get breakfast they were out of everything except 3 pieces of bread and the staff was irritated when he was asked if there was anything else. Walls are thin, the pool was probably the best part of the whole place."
"We had a king size bed that was pretty comfortable. However the bathroom was in rough shape. Tiles on the floor and the molding were cracked and not repaired. The shower tiles were cracked clear across. The curtains needed to be cleaned and repaired. There were dead bugs on the windows sill. The room itself was pretty clean though. The breakfast was nice."
"The building and my room were very neat and clean! The parking lot is a little cramped at night, but it’s well lit, and clean as well. Overall nice, cute little spot."
"We were in town for 3 nights. This hotel is decent for the price. As a whole, the building is noticibly outdated (i.e the elevator, windows and wall unit AC). No complaints with the cleanliness. Our restroom had a very nice updated shower but bathroom door was nearly impossible to open if closed. Our room was on the side of the building that has a drive through restaurant and were were able to hear the speaker well enough to disturb our sleep. On the up-side, the staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful when we locked our keys in our room or had questions. The morning breakfast was pretty good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, toast and ceral are some of what they have to offer. The coffee was perfect! I normally hate hotel coffee and this one really surprised me."
"I chose this location because of the rating it recieved online. 8.7 "excellent" It was not. The second we walked in, it was very hot and stagnant. I could tell corners were being cut and the owners were definitely not doing anything more than the bare minimum. Shampoo no conditioner. Hand soap/body wash combo. And the breakfast was probably the worst I've had at a hotel. The butters were placed next to the toaster and you could tell they melted and were refrigerated over and over again. The toaster barely worked. The refrigerator was barely cold and the yogurt was sketchy at best. And don't even get me started on the pancake machine. The first attempt to make one produced a pile of charred batter. The second attempt was thinner than a piece of paper and inedible. When I asked where the bathroom was, it was unmarked and had to be open with a screw driver. The owners need to put more effort into the customer service and less into cutting corners. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel."
