Very helpful welcome - advice re parking and dining. Bedroom - I especially appreciated the hairdryer and the quality of the soap in the shower. I would happily stay there again.

Small room, you get what you pay for.. oh and this is cash only! shower not great, water didnt go down well, wafer thin walls, tv couldnt get any signal.. apart from that Yarm is nice, so if you could put a Holiday Inn or Hilton there that would be greatttt!

Great location
Conveniently central in the lovely town of Yarm. We were happy with our stay and check in experience. However, it would have been useful to know that there were no tv channels in use due to an ongoing mast issue. Had we been warned, we'd have brought a laptop for streaming Netflix. Also, only the grill worked but not the oven which will need looking at.. Overall though we enjoyed our time here. Thank you

Carol was a fantastic host enabling an earlier check-in and even collecting me from the station when I got stranded! The room was comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee - always important to me. If I am being really picky, the room could have been cleaner.

It could not have been more central to the town, yet it was quiet and secluded. We were met as arranged, a parking ticket was provided for our car and we were able to relax in very pleasant surroundings.

Excellent location for YARM
Excellent place to stay, very comforatble, large room (number 3), quiet. Met on arrival, lovely lady and let us have a later checkout no problem at all. I have recommended this accommodation to friends. Cant wait to stay again.

Good Yarm High Street Gaff
Great high street location .... old building ... receptionist arrived very soon after calling ... good parking on street if you arrive after 5 ... first hour free ... room a little basic but comfortable .. lots of hot water and bed OK ... no breakfast and poor offering on high street if leaving early ... Costa ... more interesting places open after or at 9 .. if you want to be in central Yarm and enjoy the bars and restaurants this is a good basic option .... it doesnt pretend to be otherwise.

Great location, plenty of parking nearby for an overnight stay (local charges during the day are next-to-nothing). Clean, warm, comfortable, good shower. Only inconvenience (as with many) is having to pay cash. For one night it was OK but would have been a bit of a pain for longer. This website (Hotels.com) give (or did give) some somewhat misleading statements as to the use of credit cards for the venue.

Very good welcome and first impressions were good, however the room was a bit strange. Ill fitting bathroom door, cracks all over the place, towel rail hanging off the wall, water did not drain away in shower - all a bit strange. No breakfast available. Great location

A great location in the centre of Yarm, the cottage was small but nice, the only small problem was having to pay by cash as they don't have a card machine.

自助式Check-in,老闆很熱心的讓我晚Check-in，因為我當天晚上十一點才抵達旅館。大致上旅館是乾淨，晚上也非常安靜。外面的街上也有許多餐廳與咖啡店可提供食物。 因為是老城市，我是可接受房間是比較舊式。
