The Hotel is located nicely in the heart of Yarmouth. With plenty of parking, friendly staff and your choice of a freshly made breakfast, it is a greatly place to stay.

Great location, very clean and well-maintained. The young lady who checked us in, and the gentleman who handled breakfast were both very pleasant, friendly and very capable. The breakfast was very good, some hot food as well as healthy choices to build your own breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, not "glitzy," but very comfortable and pleasant.

I would highly recommend staying at the South West Mermaid Inn. The room was extremely clean. Staff were helpful and friendly going over and above to make our week-long stay a really enjoyable experience. The central location is great for shopping and exploring. The room was very affordable and a great deal! We will definitely stay at the Inn when visiting Yarmouth.

Perfect location for downtown Yarmouth and rate was great - good little breakfast included- you ordered your eggs fresh but also had fruit, yogurts, breads etc. Coffee was good. Staff super friendly. Walking distance to hop on the rail trail. Will definitely stay there again! Only complaint was the full length mirror was on side wall that was blocked by dresser, desk and table. I had to stand on a chair to see me full view!
