"I only stayed one night after a Saturday night out in the city, and it was perfect for that. I was in a 6 bed mixed dorm, and the other guests were quiet and respectful, the bed was comfortable and the linen was very clean. Being on the first floor, there was a bit of street noise but it was relatively muffled. "I’m not really sure what to say or where to start. I almost decided to sleep in my car. The people were friendly and sociable (aside from the host taking my phone off airplane mode when I asked for the wifi password; $20, kaching, for roaming!) but the home… hygiene was an issue from the kitchen to bathroom (bring your own toilet paper), the bedsheet was laid down, not big enough to be tucked, mosquitoes in the room all night, even a closed (?) door could not keep out the pot smell from the...
