"Clean room. Good location, easy access to transport. However, no restaurants or food nearby except a 7/11 store, then coffee shop in the morning. need to go into the CBD, 15-20 min walk or take public transportation."

"The room was small, but adequate. Location was excellent. We found the pillows a little uncomfortable for us, but our main issue was the air-con…the fan was noisy and we couldn’t turn it off completely."

"They need to repair the floor around the elevator entrance on ground floor and straighten the paintings hanging crooked in the lobby. A hotel of this stature needs to be super vigilant of the detais. Housekeeping was excellent and prompt, breakfast was excellent. We will come back."
