WB Hilton was an amazing stay from start to finish. The brilliant, friendly entire team, from reception through to poolside breakfast and cleaning, were all super super amazing. A special thanks goes to Mavin at poolside, who really went that extra step to look after us, pulling in additional shade umbrellas, keeping the cool boxes topped up with water and towels ready and prepped on the loungers for all five of us. An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

We have just returned from a 5 day stay with our 5 year old son. The hotel is gorgeous with spacious rooms and very clean. The beach club is very nice, the cabanas offering welcome shade from the heat. The beach and sea are also very clean and sea with plenty of space. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding, always a smile and happy to help. They were especially friendly to our son who enjoyed the attention and now thinks everyone he came into contact with is now his friend....

Everything is just so wonderful

Immaculately clean. Within 5 minutes walking distance of WB World and Yas Waterpark. Yas Mall and Ferrari World about a 10 minute walk but may be too hot to walk in summer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful but especially Million on reception.

2nd stay at the W, the hotel is beautiful, but the staff make it special, a special shout out to the wet deck team who always go above and beyond to make the experience special, well done guys

Faultless, the staff, especially at reception are world class in their service and attention to detail! Arrived at 0800 after night flight and immediately given a large room with terrace to get some sleep before our room was ready. Dennis in particular is one of the most helpful person I have ever come across.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to Marina Mall and Corniche Beach (by taxi) but still peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be returning!

Fantastic trip with husband and two young kids. Excellent choice at breakfast, we upgraded once there to have dinner included which was also amazing….dessert bar is just far too tempting! Lovely pool with lots of lifeguards present. They made such an effort with my two boys too. Room was good even though sadly not much view as looked onto Etihad stadium. Not a big deal but pool would have been nicer! Theme park tickets were an amazing bonus…I thought we were just getting one family ticket for...

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

From the moment we walked in we received the highest level of treatment. The receptionist found us a room even though we arrived before the regular check-in time. The room was amazing with luxurious furnishings. All the hotel staff were extremely courteous. The palace had amazing decorations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed every moment I was there. I can’t wait to return there.

Friendly helpful staff, clean well maintained property, excellent food choices.

The Andaz capital gate is positioned at the exhibition centre. We used it for our base for the Grand Prix for 7 days. Fabulous welcome large rooms. Small but pleasant pool area on the 19th floor of the worlds most “leaning” building. We had steak sandwich and monitors for lunch at the pool - yum! Can’t fault a thing. Our trip was split between Capital Gate and Fairmont Bab al Bahr both 5* and offer a different high quality experience.

Decided to book for a weekend away from Dubai and couldn't have been happier with the experience from start to finish. Amazing location close to crystal clear sea waters, fantastic pool and spa. Hotel rooms were beautifully furnished and consideration give to every need. Friendliest hotel staff I've met in years - from reception to pool staff and the cleaners. Range of restaurants and food second to none.
