"I have always wanted to stay at Old Faithful Inn. The Inn was rustic but had lots of amenities. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating ice cream and watching Old Faithful erupt. It truly is the crown jewel of National Park hotels "

"I booked with Expedia and selected two beds, i saw my email confirmation and it had 1 bed. I contacted Expedia and they wanted to charge me an extra $300 plus dollars for an extra bed when they were the same price on the reservation. I contacted Expedia and they are worthless, Expedia sucks donkey. They were going to have a supervisor contract me, but never did. The property is great, Expedia is horrible. "

"We had such a great experience here. The staff at the front desk Paul and Valicia were the best ! They went out of their way to help us out when we had an issue. The cabins were great, clean and comfortable. Very convenient location. Old faithful geyser is in walking distance. We had dinner at the Obsidian and the braised bison short ribs and the steak were cooked perfectly. Our waiters were also very friendly. All in all, we had such a great experience there that we already want to go back. "
