"We slept 5 people in a wagon and it was prefect for our one night experience. We were right across from the bath house, which was convenient. Bath house could use a little work- we’re used to camping and rustic bathrooms, but the women’s side could use a little upkeep. Views were great, watching the running of the horses in the morning was a highlight, and staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall really good experience and we’re happy to have stayed a night."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, but they were not knowledgeable when we asked basic questions about the hotel, which made it difficult to get the help we needed. The hallways throughout the hotel were extremely hot and uncomfortable, making it feel like the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the common areas. To make matters worse, the shower curtain in our bathroom was moldy, which is simply unacceptable...

"Overall our stay was excellent. Bunkbeds and bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of bathrooms so we never needed to wait for bathroom usage. One minor thing that needs updating is the lockers and their locks. Locks gets stuck frequently and then we had to inform staff to check and unlock our locker. I saw many other folks also needed this unlocking. However the staff was helpful and resolved it quickly. But looks like its an ongoing issue. Apart from that, I believe its and excellent place...

"It was beautiful and so close to all the geysers but the food was not great and extremely expensive. One or two nights there is plenty."

"While the room was nicely decorated and clean, we could not get past the smell of an old building. It felt as though the property had been renovated cosmetically without fully addressing the age of the original structure. The doors were difficult to open and close properly, which was frustrating throughout our stay. We could also hear guests dragging suitcases in the early hours of the morning, which made it hard to sleep. The cafeteria service was practically nonexistent. We attempted to order...
