"At breakfast the coffee machine was broken! They wanted to charge us for a teabag and hot water!
We asked for our room to be cleaned with fresh towels, it was left untouched for the whole day until we came back in the evening. Eventually we got some clean towels and the bed was made.
The staff need to have much better customer service.
It’s the only hotel in Modiin so no competition!"

"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity .
There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area .
The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud
Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular
Delightful staff as well .
There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath .
We then used the sauna and steam room .

Incredible pool on top of the hotel, but on Friday afternoon crazy busy.
On Sunday morning went swimming was exhilarating and quiet.
The food was amazing at the restaurant Friday night, and the lobby food was very good.
