"My stay was not as good as my previous one. Staff was not very friendly. Room did not have balcony or ocean view. Breakfast was good. White towels in the room were old and gray. Beach towels were old too and limited. Beach chairs were never available, almost. Cocktail Moscow mule did not taste like one. Probably, will not return."

"I had a wonderful experience at Potique Hotel. The staff was welcoming, especially Victor from the time I walked in the door. The spa had an extensive menu to choose from, and the gym, though still fairly small, had enough equipment to allow for some of my better workouts while traveling. The buffet breakfast was also great quality. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Breakfast was yum, rooms clean and staff were overall friendly. The lifts were very busy and slow, made a booking for 5 rooms as we were on a family holiday, all rooms were scattered on different levels. Toilet paper wasnt topped up and lift cards continued not to work. "

"Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good. "

"From service to room cleanliness, everything was top notch. The hotel is newly opened so not a lot of people know about it but this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stay in Vietnam. Also Hieu and Nam are very helpful and kind. They always made sure that our stay was ok and if we need anything else. The view is amazing!"

"The hotel room was clean and spacious. Two bottles of water were given daily and as well as room services and a plate of tropical fruits was given too. The currency exchange rate at this hotel was higher than in Da Nang’s hotel. In Da Nang, the rate was $1USD = 25,000VND. At this hotel was $1USD=26,160. The buffet breakfast had Vietnamese’s, few Korean and western dishes and those were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. I left a big stain less steel bottle of water in the room after...

"Good hotel on beachfront in walking distance to market, restaurants and coffee shops. Was disappointed with the number of sunloungers (about 6/8?!) on the beach which is surprising for the size of hotel."
