"Firstly, the location is great. Right next to exit 1 of the train station, with a CU convenience store attached (24hr and self-service if not staffed). The eating options in the immediate area are good, and the options within short walking distance are incredible. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was a little frustrating as they insisted we use the automatic check-in, but I didn’t see anyone successfully have the key dispensed. Breakfast was worth the money, and the free shuffle service was a bonus (take note that it drops you off at arrivals when you leave, which is fine). Overall I was very happy with the stay, and will look to stay again, but perhaps 3 nights next time to explore more restaurants."

"The cleaning staff were exceptional. My room was on the 12th floor, shout out to the cleaning staff for doing an amazing job. Overall staff was great. With Accor brands I usually stay at Pullmans, this was a great choice. "

"Room was very clean. The unit was very spacious for three adults. Only downside was that the air conditioning was not operational but we had windows open entire stay to cool the room. Front desk made us aware at the time of chek in of the air conditioning. The location of hotel was great with ocean view. There were nice trails we could walk and nice restaurants and cafes were in short walking distances."

"Super efficient staff. Great room - perfect stopover hotel. But if you have time go for a walk, there's interesting wildlife, particularly wading birds."
