"Power went out at 9 PM and was still not back on at 8 AM when we left. Room had no emergency lighting and by morning the hall and stair lighting had failed, leaving the stairs dark very dangerous. No breakfast due to no power. Couldn't raise the shades to let in morning light because they are powered by electricity. No luggage cart upon check in. A backup generator should be added. "

"The main lights were not on when I drove in so I was unsure if I was at the right place. This was the end of a 10+ hour drive. The person on duty had a hard time finding my reservation. The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room.
