Yokohama hotel guide. Four Seasons hotel in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture

"This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I am again amazed at the view of the Yokohama Cosmo clock from outside my hotel. It is gorgeous. Also, the room is a lot bigger than I expected a Japanese hotel room to be. The staff was great and spoke English well. If you happen to get a staff member who doesn't speak english well they will get one for you. There is an underground exit from the hotel to the train station and other hotels/shopping areas so you don't need to go outside if the weather is bad. There is a 7-11 and Starbucks within 3 blocks walking distance and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama World Porters mall, Cup Ramen Museum, and other attractions. Fantastic hotel!"

"I was very surprised that hotel room is such big almost 40sqm. The hotel room facilities and walls are very new and clean. Parking is located in Level 3 by using elevator. The staffs are very nice. My mobile phone charger is USB C type for iPhone, the hotel and staff provide me the power converter and USB charger. I am really appreciate for staff’s patience' service "
