This was an amazing experience! The staff were so nice. Truly is like a small apartment and had a view of mt. Fuji in the distance! Literally right next to a train and bus station and a small grocery store. Overall 10/10 experience and fully recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Japan! Only 45-60 minutes from Tokyo by train!

Great place to stay and would highly recommend it
Location is great. It sits right on top of Minatormirai- Bashamichi Station, which is very convenient for getting to places. We booked two rooms, one with city view and the other with harbour view. Both rooms had great view. From the balcony of our harbour view room, we listened to the ship sounding their horns and watched fireworks as the clock struck zero hour on New Year Day. We were very satisfied with the standard of hygience and cleanliness at the property. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke good English. They helped with dry-cleaning and booking bus seats and taxis. There is a fully-equipped kitchen in the room, which really helped, especially at the beginning of the new year when many restaurants were closed. The supermarket downstairs was fantastic. It was well-stocked and reasonably priced and the food was fresh and nice. This property exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful room with a great view over the city, situated in the heart of the Yokohama waterfront. We parked in the building's underground lot (all automated - you drive onto an elevator and it puts your car away) for an extra, but reasonable, fee. We walked everywhere, but there is also access to the Minatomirai train station directly under the building. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and tableware for making a meal and there is a small grocery store on the first floor. There was sugar with the coffee maker, but bring your own butter, oil, salt, pepper, etc. if you plan to make anything. Everything about our stay was excellent. Staff, fitness facilities, room amenities... We were completely satisfied.

The room and the reception is fantastic. Room was big and spacious with ample room to lay out luggages for packing and unpacking. Location was near to Cosmos, Cup Noodle Museum and World Porters. Great view also, I was on the side where I could see Mount Fuji in the morinng. If you are driving you need to take note of a few things. 1. Parking is via a car lift so after you drive down to B1, you should see a Oakwood Suites entrance. You need to unload your luggage there. There should probably be more signage or perhaps someone there to guide cause I was quite lost where to park. There is no concierge to help you with your luggage so you will need to move your luggage yourself up to the reception at level 46 to check in. 2. After the entrance would be the car lift. You need to wait for your turn to park and retrieve your car. There are also parking hours where there is an attendant on duty. 3. After driving into the car lift you would need to remove all the things you need, the attendant would give you a card for you to bring to the reception to make parking payment. 4. When retrieving your car, you would need to pass the card to the attendant at the car park lift for them to retrieve your car. Would suggest updating the web site with parking access information.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We particularly loved the fact that each of our rooms had a washer and dryer, which made our stay much more convenient. The modern decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance, and being on the 47th floor offered us a stunning view. We are definitely planning to return in the future.

Due to an error on my part with dates, we had a 1 night stay, then needed to check out and check into a new room, we were anticipating having an 11am check out and 3pm check back in, but they called our room and said the new room was ready (it had a much better view of mt. Fuji!) And didnt charge us for early check in, that we were (excessively) charged for at a 4 star hotel in Kyoto. Apart from that, the majority of staff spoke english, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, i would definitely stay again

A perfect accommodation for anyone wishing to see some of Yokahama pre-or post- cruise. The views are astounding, the rooms very well appointed and the staff are too be complimented. We loved our stay and our only regret is we couldn’t have stayed longer.
