"Property was beautiful and room was comfortable. Room service lacked as 2x on two different nights ordered burger well- done and it came pink. On one of these meals, mold was in the apple juice. When I went to market to replace all the bottles of apple juice had mold in them. Food was very expensive for frozen. Staff for the most part was friendly. Room wall seemed very thin as hallway noice was very loud and there was a constant hum from the bathroom vent even when off."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was so kind and welcoming- slushies! Iykyk Our bathtub was a little dirty and when we ran hot water in the sink it smelled like sulfur. Other than that, it was enjoyable."

"The room was big and clean. The kids loved the water slides and pool. The breakfast was delicious. It was close and convenient to Disneyland. The kitchen was convenient."
