"Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful if they tried. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have needed (hairdryer, robes, slippers, toiletries, air con in a heatwave). Breakfast was lovely, all tastes catered to. Only little downfall for me is that you have to pay for parking. IMO should be included within room cost, or at least cheaper than surrounding local car parks (all public carparks are £18 for 24h stay but hotel car park is £18 until 12pm next day, so if you don’t get there till 3pm check in time then you are missing out on a few hours). Staff went above and beyond which made our stay perfect."
