"We actually had an issue with getting our room cleaned which was frustrating. No face cloths and the restaurant in the hotel is very pricey. We walked a mile to get food when we had time. The kids loved the pool"

"The pool is daily, but the proximity to the Esplanade and lagoon made those options very attractive. I'd recommend the Double Tree to anyone."

"Suitable for short visits but without a toaster we found breakfast time disappointing. Both over 80 and no car so not excited about going out for meals too often when not on tours"

"Rooms were clean and tidy with only the upper four floors yet to be renovated. All staff were pleasant and well presented. They were very obliging when ask for assistance.
The breakfast selection was immense and catered for every requirement."
