"Awesome place to stay in Leeds. 5 minute walk to the centre. Nice quiet area. Great apartment with kitchen, diner, living room, seperate bedroom, nice bathroom and even a washing machine. It had a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, beautifully laid table and stylish furniture. The staff were SUPER friendly and upgraded us to check us in early. Fridge was well stocked snd you voikd get free fresh bread from an area in reception. There is also a bar and beautiful courtyard area off the reception....

"Booked the accommodation as normal, got sent through access codes for the main building door and the individual apartment door. Turned up at the apartment 5 minutes before check in and got an email saying the stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. Several other apartments from the same company still available to book on the website so this was clearly lies, why list a property that isn’t for to stay in? If you want late disappointment and a frantic search for a new property to...
