"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"Everything was great!! Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood that is a short walk from the core of York. Clean and spacious, all the amenities needed for a great stay. Will definitely come back when in York. "

Great place to meet granddaughter at Sheffield Uni. Huge choice of restaurants and takeaways on the doorstep."

"Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp "

"A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead. "Parking directly outside, shops 5 min walk away. A minor property fault was fixed straight away by owner. Very nice bedroom which had a lot of light leakage but was much quieter than reviews led me to expect. A cosy cottage which had all we needed for our 2 night stay."
