"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!"

"Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Great location!"

"We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. The property is in a good location but this experience was not as good as our previous visits."

"As ever great team and accommodation . Price and location excellent. I have used this facility several times for work + and will be back again."

"The car park is quite far from reception and all the signs don’t really make sense. Check in was handing me a key after having to call a mobile number that had been left on the desk. No further information like how to get to the room and breakfast. Room was really far away and I had to carry lots of personal items and was a struggle. "This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, it was clean, classy and central to all we needed, staff so friendly, rooms were amazing, absolutely great, will recommend to everyone."

"Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, walking distance from everything."

"The hotel itself is great The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!! Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep If you can go without then it’s a great hotel"

"A very affordable and good value hotel. Large rooms and clean. Bathrooms have recently been refitted which look nice."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Free breakfast always nice"

"Helpful pre check in, staff on arrival were friendly. Room a little dated but clean and good quality bedding /bathroom towels. Quiet evening, good black out curtains. Good WiFi."

"Ideal location with free parking. Room only- no food or drink offering but ideal if you just need a base. Plenty of places close by for food and drink. Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room with biscuits. Clean and comfortable overlooking the cricket pitch."
