Well equipped, comfortable rooms. Water, fresh milk and snacks included. Recently refurbed. Everything was excellent. Breakfast was good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Never staying anywhere else in Leeds.

Room had been refurbished and was clean and tastefully decorated. As well as having complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits there was also crisps dry toast peanuts and chocolate available. Also fresh milk to add to the tea and coffee

Hi we had a issue with the toilet as the seat was loose and wen we flushed it the toilet spits water out at you so not very hygienic Other than that a cosy stay

Hotel refurb very nice, bedroom very nice , staff need to have uniforms or badges very scruffy in own causal clothes. Breakfast very poor needs more variety not fitting with the smart look of the hotel. Bar and restaurant need more of a cosy feel

Lovely hotel. Staff accomadating. Only issue is there are NO drawers in the rooms to put small items of clothing. There is a hanging rail but no storage for other item, so had to leave most things in the suitcase
