"The location is incredible. Convenient to everything. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a nice little kitchen and balcony. One downside was that the whole building smelled terrible. It wasn’t the rooms themselves but something to do with the sewer system I guess. Was yucky. "

"Perfectly situated by the train station. Only had breakfast but it was perfect. Everything was kept stocked up and tables were cleaned fairly fast. 8:30 breakfast on a weekday proved to be very busy but apart from finding a table, you wouldn’t have known. Our room was unbelievable, tea and coffee provided plus a coffee machine. Microwave and toaster in the room and a fridge, there was even a selection of wine/beer glasses. "A total Leeds gem. It’s so close to the city centre shops that my bank account and step count were in a constant battle. The room design/furniture layout is great, as having a distinct lounge area made it much easier to relax, as I didn't feel like I was living on a bed all stay. Having a kitchen was a game-changer for avoiding takeaway/eating out fatigue and meant I could have a relaxed night in instead.
